Something quick , easy and painless. Does that blackhead eraser on tv really work? Its all over my nose. Any daily rutiene ? I have money but I dont want to spend much. Or any if I can.How do I get rid of blackheads?
You are in luck! your nose is unlike any other part of you face in that you can get under the skin and you have something hard (cartilage) to push against. The following is going to sound weird, but it works. Use care if you have long fingernails.
Wash your hands well, and don't dry them. Place your thumb in your nostril with the nail side towards your septum (the middle flap). Then, while gently pushing your nostril out with your thumb, slowly and lightly scratch your nostril with your forefinger. This bends your skin in a way that opens up your pores and helps to push the blackhead out while the scratching works it loose. BE GENTLE. I started doing this because I have a really oily T-zone. Once the black heads are out, wash your face as usual. Now, I only have to do this maybe once a month to get rid of the little sebum plugs that would otherwise turn black on the surface over time. hope this helps! How do I get rid of blackheads?
I have yet to find any quick fixes; maybe someone else knows. But in general you should use Salicylic Acid (a chemical exfoliant) and a physical exfoliant (like a cleanser with microbeads) if your skin can handle it. St. Ives and Neutrogena both make them. Also keep your skin moisturized with a non-pore-clogging lotion.
Not to sound like a skin/health brochure but....
water, water, water.
Cut the soda. It HELPS.
I carry with me those Clean and Clear facial pads that take away oil. I also use proactive and a neutrogena toner.
I know this may sound gross, but I used to have them on my nose and they take FOREVER to go away, so I just sqeezed them. After that I just kept on using those facial cleaners and they've yet to come back.
I have the same problem!
There next to my nostrils and I can't get rid of them because there like solid and inside my skin.
How ever, i recommend washing your face aleast 2 or 3 times a day WITHOUT any harsh chemicals. Regular soap is perfect :]
