i have just roght now noticed that my shoulders are covered in black heads and my chest area has some spots i dont think they were there yesterday could this have been caused by my period ?? because this happened on my last peirod then they went away and now they're back. ?Why have i suddenly got loads of blackheads?
I was always told when young that black heads were caused by pores in your skin being blocked by sweat or soap, most people get them. You can get skin cleanser or try giving you skin a good rub with a hard towel after washing,or with a small new nail brush,Why have i suddenly got loads of blackheads?
I get that too but on my face :(
