For your situation, I recommend L'Oreal True Match Foundation. It's the perfect drugstore solution, better than some prestige brands. It has 20 colors to perfectly match your tone, and special formulas for oily or dry skin. It tones down oily areas and moisturizes dry skin. It stays on (for me, and I work out with it on) 8 hours. It's also highly pigmented, for great coverage! Don't use it wherever you have blackheads. It will only aggravate your condition, and blackheads will darken and spread out.
