I had this problem before. I just started using a 3 step skin care routine (cleanse, tone, moisturise), and exfoliated about once every week. I had blackhead free nose and cheeks in about a week. :-)





Hi, yes, I use the Clinique range. It's pretty expensive but it's really good stuff. If you're on a budget, there are other cheaper, alternatives out there, which will work fine.

Take a hot compress to your face - repeat. Gently push your nose upwards - it should release the black heads.


Try washing with an acne wash - use a toner and spot treat blemishes with an acne cream -





Always use a three step system (AM/PM) I like the toner from ALBA - put it in a clean spritz bottle if you can find a new one at the drug store - spray on a washed face (pat dry) then apply the toner.
