Blackheads?

Is it safe to go to a salon and get them ';extracted';?


What does that mean, does it hurt, how long does it last?

Unless they are super super bad, I would use: Biore warming anti-blackhead cream cleanser %26amp; Biore deep cleansing pore strips. The strips work really well--they literally extract dirt from your blackheads. You leave it on for 10-15 minutes and when you take it off, you can see the stuff that was extracted. Definitely cheaper than getting it done professionally!Blackheads?
If you really want your blackheads extracted, it's much safer to go to a salon than to do them yourself. If you pick at them or try to get them out yourself, you could end up with infected cysts on your face (which are much ickier than a few blackheads).





However, if they're done incorrectly at a salon, you can still get infections.





If you only have a few, it's not worth it. A lot...talk to a dermatologist.

my cousin got her blackheads extracted professionally and she told me it was painful and her nose was alllll red when she got home
i think they put on this facemask type thing that takes away the black heads but i dont know how much it costs i never had it done
